The Technical and Development Services department is responsible for the ongoing care and maintenance of roads and streets throughout the municipality. The department carries out both construction and maintenance works to ensure safe roads and a good level of service provided to motorists and residents alike.
Council has a Road Management Plan (RMP). Version 5 is now available to download (pdf 3 MB).

The Road Management Plan is currently being reviewed. The draft copy (4 MB) of the plan contains amendments to conform to the Infrastructure Design Manual. Suggested changes to the plan are shown in red.
